DigiCrux Solutions provides official WhatsApp API and WhatsApp automation-related services for businesses. Our services may include:

  • WhatsApp API access
  • CRM and contact management tools
  • Campaign management
  • Canned replies
  • Bot builder access
  • Automation builder access
  • Facebook Page and Instagram integration
  • Ecommerce-related modules
  • Onboarding support
  • Customer communication workflows
  • Technical and support assistance

Service availability may depend on third-party platforms, including WhatsApp, Meta and other technology providers.

Account Registration

To use our services, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate business, contact and billing information. You are responsible for:

  • Providing correct information
  • Maintaining account security
  • Keeping login details confidential
  • All activities performed through your account

DigiCrux Solutions will not be responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access due to your failure to secure your account.

User Obligations

You agree to use our services responsibly and legally. You must not use DigiCrux Solutions for:

  • Spam messaging
  • Fraudulent or misleading communication
  • Illegal promotions
  • Harassment or abusive messaging
  • Unauthorized bulk messaging
  • Sending messages to people without consent
  • Violating WhatsApp, Meta or applicable platform policies
  • Sharing harmful, offensive or restricted content
Enforcement: DigiCrux Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in misuse.

WhatsApp and Meta Compliance

Users are responsible for following all applicable WhatsApp Business, Meta and communication policies. DigiCrux Solutions does not guarantee approval of WhatsApp templates, account verification, message delivery, quality rating, phone number status or account restrictions, as these may be controlled by WhatsApp, Meta or other third-party platforms.

Payments and Billing

Users agree to pay all applicable fees for the selected plan or service. Current DigiCrux plan pricing may include:

  • Monthly Plan: ₹999/month
  • Annual Plan: ₹5,999/year

Pricing may change from time to time. Any applicable taxes, usage charges, WhatsApp conversation charges, third-party charges or payment gateway charges may be charged separately where applicable. Access to services may be restricted or suspended in case of non-payment.

Onboarding Support

DigiCrux Solutions may provide onboarding support to help users start using the platform. Onboarding support may include basic setup guidance, account walkthrough, feature explanation and initial assistance.

User cooperation is required for onboarding, including providing correct details, required access, documents or approvals where needed.

Service Availability

We try to keep our services available and functional. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or always-available service. Service interruptions may occur due to:

  • Maintenance
  • Internet or hosting issues
  • Third-party platform downtime
  • Meta / WhatsApp policy or API changes
  • Payment or account issues
  • Technical errors beyond our control

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, software, workflows, documentation, platform materials and assets provided by DigiCrux Solutions remain the property of DigiCrux Solutions or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, resell, modify, reverse engineer or distribute our platform, content or materials without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

DigiCrux Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of revenue, leads, customers, data, business opportunities or reputation. Users are responsible for how they use the platform, the content they send, the contacts they upload and the business outcomes they expect.

Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You misuse the service
  • You fail to make payment
  • You violate WhatsApp, Meta or applicable policies
  • Your activity creates risk for DigiCrux Solutions or other users

Changes to Terms

DigiCrux Solutions may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
